By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

Do's - What We Encourage

✓ Be Honest and Accurate
Provide accurate descriptions, photos, and condition reports for your items. Disclose any defects or issues upfront.
✓ Communicate Clearly
Respond promptly to messages, confirm pickup/return times, and keep all parties informed of any changes.
✓ Respect Property
Handle borrowed items with care. Return them in the same condition you received them, clean and complete.
✓ Follow Through
Honor your rental agreements. Return items on time and pay agreed-upon fees promptly.
✓ Leave Honest Reviews
Provide fair and constructive feedback to help others make informed decisions.
✓ Report Issues
If something goes wrong, report it to us immediately so we can help resolve the situation.

Don'ts - Prohibited Behaviors

✗ Scamming or Fraud
Never misrepresent items, steal, or engage in any fraudulent activity. This will result in immediate account termination.
✗ Harassment or Abuse
Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other members. Hate speech, discrimination, and bullying are strictly prohibited.
✗ Damage or Misuse
Do not intentionally damage borrowed items or use them in ways prohibited by the owner.
✗ Off-Platform Transactions
Keep all transactions on the platform for your protection. Off-platform deals void our insurance and support.
✗ Spam or Solicitation
Do not spam messages, post fake listings, or use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
✗ Identity Fraud
Never impersonate another person or create fake accounts. One account per person.

Safety Guidelines

Meeting in Person

Meet in public, well-lit places when possible
Bring a friend if you feel uncomfortable
Verify the item's condition during handover
Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, cancel the transaction

Protecting Your Information

Never share personal financial information outside the platform
Keep payment processing within our secure system
Be cautious about sharing your home address
Use the platform's messaging system for documentation

Reporting Concerns

Report suspicious behavior immediately
Contact support if you feel unsafe or threatened
Document any issues with photos or messages
We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly

Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

First Offense: Warning and required acknowledgment of guidelines
Second Offense: Temporary suspension (7-30 days)
Serious Violations: Immediate permanent ban and potential legal action

We reserve the right to remove any content or user that violates these guidelines at our discretion.
